You only have one life, and with that one life comes one body. Everyone is created differently and I love that, so I have provided you with a way that will allow you to be the BEST YOU. Don’t strive for perfection, strive for pure health. The only way to achieve it  is through a balanced lifestyle. Fitness is important, but the most important tier of health is your CONSCIOUS. Find your weaknesses and strengths and work at them every day. My methods will provide you the necessary tools to make adjustments in your everyday routine and enjoy doing it!

 

Every individual is unique. From your lifestyle, your body, and your one-of-a-kind challenges. I got you covered. Nutrition & Wellness programs allow you to learn what your body responds to, and the proper fuel maintenance and care required to achieve your full potential.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your goals are my goals! During your training sessions, I will guide you through each exercise and educate you on technique, general health, and nutrition. I take pride in my method and make sure you stay motivated, and push past your comfort zone into a healthier lifestyle!

BODI CARE

Think of this as Apple Care for your Body, with regular updates, and none of the bugs! 

This program starts with a baseline evaluation which will be a protocol of exercises, measurements, and tests: everything from resting heart rate, Body Fat %, BMI to Longevity Markers, Flexibility/ Pliability Tests, Strength/Power Evaluation and more! After logging baseline results, you will have your own personal markers to build on and refer to. These will be tracked quarterly and will keep you in tune with your progress and overall fitness and health beyond what we see on the scale and in the mirror. 

ON-SITE CONCIERGE TRAINING

BODI BI KIM provides personal training sessions and group fitness classes to luxury condominium and apartment communities located in the Greater Boston Area. If you are a resident looking for a personal trainer, or a property manager looking to expand your amenities with an in-house trainer or add a weekly fitness class for your residents, please inquire within.

VIRTUAL BODI PROGRAMS

My customized virtual BODI program is the perfect solution to stay healthy and prioritize your fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals. Virtual BODI training includes customized nutrition regimens, tailor made training programs, and virtual/FaceTime training sessions. All coaching and training sessions will be scheduled around your availability. We will work together as a team regardless of the time or distance to achieve your goals more effectively and efficiently.
