50 minute signature high intensity full body focused class. The class incorporates the 5 fundamental key fitness components to deliver optimal results: conditioning, strength training, circuit training, core stability, & stretching.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMS

Carefully tailored to suit your specific fitness and wellness needs. I take pride in providing individualized programs to motivate and inspire my clients to push past their comfort zone into a healthier lifestyle.

 

ON SITE CONCIERGE TRAINING

Provide 1 on 1 personal training and classes to luxury condominium and apartment communities located in the Greater Boston Area. If you are a resident in an apartment community, or a property manager looking for services for building tenants, please inquire within.

 

ONLINE COACHING

I create a detailed guideline for you to incorporate my program in your everyday life to accomplish your goals. Whether it is learning how to control your meals and what you put in your body, or adapting to a workout program at home or at the gym, I can help. After you purchase a plan, I will email you a detailed questionnaire and schedule a phone call or FaceTime to more personally evaluate you, and help you reach your goal more effectively and efficiently.
